Manchester City Women have signed PFA Young Player of the Year Lauren Hemp from Bristol City.
The promising 17-year-old scored nine goals during an impressive 2017-18 campaign in the Women's Super League.
Her Bristol City side finished eighth and she moves to the team that finished runners-up behind Chelsea and qualified for next season's Champions League.
"I'm very excited to be here," Hemp told ManCity.com. "It's a massive opportunity for me and I can't wait to get started.
"From a very young age, it's always been City and to have the opportunity to play here is a dream come true, especially so early in my career.
"The facilities are amazing and the atmosphere seems so nice with the environment and the people. Playing against City for Bristol, I always looked up to the City players and now we're going to be team-mates. I can't wait."
